Managing Team

Matthew Kicinski: Owner

Matthew Kicinski

Owner Matthew Kicinski has over 15 years experience in producing and managing web, multimedia and print projects. Following time spent working as a member of an award winning software development division at a major US publishing house, he went on to form Artgig in 2002. Matt's passion for delivering high quality interactive products for Artgig clients is rivaled only by his devotion to his family and rabid support of Arsenal Football Club.

Steven Grosmark: Chief Engineer & Programmer

Steven Grosmark

Chief Engineer & Programmer Steven Grosmark, is a graduate of New York University with a Bachelor in Music Technology and also holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Pace University. Bringing the better part of 20 years development experience to Artgig, his expertise covers a wide range of programming disciplines and scenarios. When he's not dazzling co-workers and clients with his Java jujitsu, you might catch Steve holding down the rhythm section on drums at the local open mike jam.

Elisabeth Cherry: Creative Director

Elisabeth Cherry

Having worked on the design side of the media development industry for various large production studios and major television networks in the U.S. for the past 15+ years, Australian-based Creative Director Elisabeth Cherry effectively gives Artgig a night shift. A constant champion of improving the user experience, and all around creative force to be reckoned with, what we secretly admire most about Lis is her fearlessness residing in the home of something like 75% of the world's most venomous creatures.

James Bail: Web Designer

James Bail

Web Designer James Bail has over ten years experience building websites. Before joining Artgig, he was a one-man design and development department for an NYC based internet marketing firm. Always working with an eye toward maximizing clients' online visibility, Jim brings a level of sanity to the oft over-hyped world of SEO—implementing current best practices without sacrificing aesthetics or usability. An ultralight backpacking enthusiast, we're happy to report that Jim has so far managed to not burn down any state parks in the Southern Catskills in his attempts to master the art of primitive fire starting.
